Valve Manufacturing
It is a product designed for valve manufacturing, air flow control, air speed balance and pressure control in industrial ventilation lines. Valves produced from polypropylene, polyethylene and PVC materials are non-metallic, especially in environments where acid vapors and chemical vapors are transported. It does not cause mechanical failures, so it can work for several years.
Our grommets can be designed as cylindrical or prismatic, with direct pipe connection or double-sided flange connection, depending on your needs. The flow rate can be adjusted manually with a damper arm and automatic electric power steering system. Thanks to our special production, it can be manufactured in every size and pressure class.
How to Use the Valve?
Various silencers and dampers are designed to increase, decrease, regulate or completely close the gas flow in overhead lines in cement factories and industrial facilities. Plastic type valves such as polypropylene and polyethylene are also used in such processes.
Using our knowledge and experience in valve manufacturing, we produce equipment suitable for your processes.
Air dampers (valves) are flanged on both sides. If you wish, it can also be connected directly to the pipe. The flow rate can be adjusted according to the project with the damper arm or servo motor. Manufacturing can be done in desired size and pressure classes according to your projects.
What is a directional valve? Why Used?
It is used to send all kinds of powder materials from one point to different points, especially in the food, plastic, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. Our pneumatic directional valves are made of 60.3mm- 220mm stainless AISI 30 inox, aluminum casting, Steel casting, Biz-Hard standard type. In addition, larger directional valves are produced and design services are offered for individual projects. Models with pneumatic directional valves are produced for internal pressures up to 2 bar. In short, these valves can only be used in pneumatic blowers and high-pressure media transmission systems. They can also be activated when the fan is running.
Multi-hole valve manufacturing is a two-way valve switching valve that performs the deviation of powder, granules or granules, that is, all solid liquids, from one direction to the other, used in compressed air transportation, with minimum pressure loss and high sealing efficiency. Directional valves are suitable for conveying free-flowing products with or without abrasives and differ only according to the process situation.
There are options such as AlMg3, C1050, 2CrMo for the body. They can be used in easy-to-maintain pneumatic conveying systems that operate under extreme pressure up to 2 bar and pressure down to -0.5 bar. The wing type directional valve can be used in almost all industries with pneumatic conveying and for all types of slightly abrasive powders or granular materials.
What is Pedestal Type Pneumatic Valve?
Unlike valve type directional valves, opening and closing is done in the form of a slide. It is only suitable for processes using the same type of raw material. Its advantage compared to the valve manufacturing type is its longer life. The disadvantage is that, due to the design of the system, it contains some product depending on its diameter. Regarding dimensions, some solutions can be made according to all DN standards.
What is a Multi-Port Valve?
Multi-port valve manufacturing is used in multi-pneumatic power gas applications, where more than one two-way electric valve is not sufficient for ease of automation, operation and monitoring. It acts with the logic of side roads separating from the highway. Both have different applications, although the only disadvantage of multi-port applications is using more pipes if the process continues in the same direction. Some solutions can be produced according to all AISI30 76.1mm and 200mm and DN standard pipes with single inlet 6.8.10.12.16... outlet. It is actively used in the fishing industry and is widely used as a check valve. The multi-port valve cannot be used when there is pressure in the line because the operation of the valve is slower than other 3-way valves.
What is Trouser Flap? What kind of devices are these?
Trouser flap manufacturing are devices widely used to control the mechanical movement of dry solid liquids in atmospheric processes. They are used in 3 ways: manual, pneumatic and motorized. All products have position switches and work according to the PLC automation system. Bearing systems have a roller structure and are easy to maintain due to their simple maintenance structure.
It is not recommended for use in pressurized pipelines due to their leak-tightness. They are produced according to the DIN standard for pipes. Additionally, the production program includes a process-specific square structure. It has FDA approved food grade silicone and polyurethane gasket options. The general structure of the product is square, and the transition to a round structure is achieved by reduction.
