Screw Manufacturing
Screw manufacturing is the name of a device called screw or screw conveyor, which provides the movement of powder and granular liquid in a tube or vessel by mechanical rotation. Although mechanical transportation (screw conveyor, bucket elevator, etc.) is considered difficult and prone to mold, it is a more economical solution in terms of electricity. Although screw conveyors are not particularly preferred due to their long-term investment costs, on the contrary, their operating costs are quite low. Screw conveyors can also function as feeders, conveyors, or feed conveyors, depending on the type of conveyor. If the screw conveyor is always the same and is fed with the same power, it can also process and feed the raw material. This concept generally applies to "O" type screw conveyors. The power of the screw conveyor is proportional to the pitch of the helical blades and the rotation speed of the motor. All screw conveyor types we produce are designed according to CEMA standards. In these standards, bedding, safety measures, transportation standards and sheet thicknesses are important.
What is Screw Manufacturing?
Screw manufacturing is the most important standard to consider when making or purchasing a conveyor. It is a set of standards that should include important elements such as bearing and entry screw type. Another factor that determines the tip type is the process conditions, granular raw materials such as solid-liquid or bulk density.
What is Screw Conveyor Systems Feed Repeater?
In some processes of screw manufacturing, screw angle is not used. In such processes, horizontal and vertical spirals are used, which are interconnected and have different rotations. And these spirals work in pairs. They actually consist of two different cochlear systems that can work together even though they appear separate. At this point, attention should be paid to the way the spirals work. Otherwise, the coils may damage each other. Therefore, such auglas are controlled with little automation, sensors and conditions. The working parts of these spirals are built underground or above ground.
What is Pull Screw Manufacturing?
Cold drawn screws are used to transport the products. It may also be called lead screw. Draw bolts are sold without axle. It has right and left direction. Special production can be made according to the given dimensions. For spiral manufacturing, thicker spirals are made, especially for more difficult conditions. Steering screws are manufactured in two different rotations, right and left. If your hand constantly turns to the right or left while following the thread by placing your finger on the first starting point, it is a left-handed thread.
Although the diameter distribution is the same, we can produce spirals with different diameters and pitches if desired. Unless the coils are of a very specific size, they can usually be rolled, which is especially useful during shipping. Normal and some special sizes, especially rough screw and chrome screw, are always in stock.
What is Flexible Helical Manufacturing?
Flexible screw conveyors serve as conveyors, especially for short distances. This is especially useful for free corners on jump exits. Its length can be up to 10 meters without axles. Its effectiveness is quite high for powder materials, but it may not be as effective for granular structures and different materials. It can be rotated 90 degrees R = 3000 mm. Works on non-fatigue materials such as PVC powder, PP, PE, flour, sesame, cocoa. It plays an active role in the processes of filling and unloading large sacks, filling and unloading sacks, and feeding silage from bunkers. It is especially used with low capacity, its maximum capacity is 5m3/h.
What is the Use of Flexible Screw?
Although it is easy to use, it has different criteria according to process condition, operator usage, idle state, outlet not being closed and hygroscopicity. Although manufacturers, such as our company that manufactures product spirals, generally state that flexible rope is easy to use and does not damage the product, cases of negligence must be expressed and responded to responsibly. This is important because of our process solutions and the responsibility of our work. We can list these negative situations that should be felt as follows.
Although flexible spiral manufacturing casings are suitable for food, since they work quickly, holes form due to friction, especially in the casing plastic, and if the plastic is processed food, there will be traces of mixing. Additionally, this friction creates holes in the plastic frame. Therefore, it is not recommended for food processing.
